Development of siRNA expression library and screening system.

This experiment and research develop drug development platform which support the process from target gene search with genomic drug dicovery to drug development. In concrete terms, we develop siRNA expression library using Human full length cDNA library maintained in Japan and effectively select target gene. At the same time, we develop siRNA sequence determination as curative drug and build drug development platform. Taking up arteriosclerosis obliterans and cancer ormation of new blood vessel as model disease, we execute target gene search and siRNA drug designing for each disease.
