| Description | KNApSAck Family is integrated database ,which KNApSAcK is the core system. The gene annotation of Arabidopsis, Bacillus, Human has been released. In addition, metal ion binding site of protein database MetalMine, KAMPO medicine database and JAMU database works with KNApSAck. In addition, the 7356 records of plant species from 119 countries have data stored. These data have been collected and registered from published scientific reports. NEDO project detaset is includes in KNApSAck Family. |
